Question 1

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome, but weekends and evenings fill up fast. Booking online locks your station and saves you the wait.

Question 2

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We're open daily from late morning until late night. Exact slots for the day are shown inside the booking form.

Question 3

Can I bring my own controller or game?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can bring your own controller, and we can install your title if it's supported on our consoles or PCs.

Question 4

How does the monthly pass work?

Accepted Answer

You buy a bundle of hours at a lower rate. Minutes are deducted automatically each session until the pass expires or runs out.

Question 5

Do you host birthday parties or tournaments?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The private projector room is popular for birthdays, and we run regular tournaments — call us to plan an event.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, UPI and all major cards are accepted at the counter.
